Gökce Irten is an artist & author-illustrator based in Istanbul. She studied Visual Arts & Graphic Design in her BFA and MA in Istanbul and Children’s Book Illustration in Central Saint Martins, London. In 2017, she had her first solo exhibition and has participated in many other local and international ones since. She has illustrated more than 20 children’s books and won the Aydin Dogan Children’s Book Illustration Award in 2019 and 2022 . Her title «All of us» has also been selected for the 2023 White Ravens. Gökce is also currently giving Digital Illustration classes and creating editorial illustrations. Her books are published in 9 languages.
